AI-Powered B2B Learning Management System (LMS)
As a premier wellness brand dedicated to a high standard of customer care, ORA Space faced a critical challenge: ensuring a consistent client experience across their three unique locations and over 70 staff members. Their existing training methods were manual and time-consuming, making it difficult and costly to align every practitioner with their extensive educational content.

So, we partnered with ORA Space to create a centralized, scalable learning platform that replaced their fragmented training. The goal was to empower them to efficiently deliver a cohesive educational experience.
Client & Duration:

ORA Space (Pilot Partner) | 2025 Aug - Present
Type:

B2B SaaS Platform, Service Enablement, Desktop & Mobile Web
My Role as a Founding Designer:

  1. Led the end-to-end design of Mentivista's MVP, transforming a manual training process into a scalable B2B SaaS architecture.
  2. My design work was pivotal in demonstrating our value proposition, directly leading to our first strategic partnership with ORA Space.
  3. Established the entire design foundation from the ground up, creating the initial design system, user research practices, and cross-functional workflows for our agile team.

PROBLEM: The Scaling Bottleneck

For multi-location wellness brands, scaling excellence is impossible without a centralized operating system.

While ORA Space aimed for rapid expansion, their training relied on fragmented channels—Google Docs, ad-hoc shadowing, and printed manuals. This decentralized approach created a "black box" for management: zero visibility into staff proficiency, inconsistent service delivery, and high operational overhead for senior staff.

SOLUTION: An All-in-One Enablement Platform

A centralized SaaS ecosystem connecting management strategy with frontline execution.

We transitioned from a simple app concept to a comprehensive LMS (Learning Management System).
  1. Standardize onboarding: Automated workflows replacing manual shadowing.
  2. Centralize knowledge: A single source of truth for protocols and SOPs.
  3. Visualize performance: Data-driven insights for managers to track ROI on training.

IMPACT
(Pilot tested in Aug 2025, now in development phase)
40%↓ in new hire onboarding time by replacing manual shadowing with a structured, self-serve learning path.
95%↑ course completion rate across the 70+ user cohort, demonstrating strong adoption and engagement.
~5 hrs/week of senior staff time saved from repetitive training, by providing a centralized on-demand source of truth.

KEY FEATURES

1. Admin workspace & analytics :  Data-driven admin dashboard

Designed a robust desktop dashboard for clinic managers to oversee the entire training lifecycle. Features include bulk course assignment, real-time progress tracking, and compliance reporting. This shifted the manager's role from manual monitoring to strategic coaching.

→ Impact:  5 hrs/week saved per manager by automating administrative workflows.

2. AI-powered learning experience :  Interactive service enablement (or Immersive learner interface)

A mobile-optimized learning environment designed for the deskless workforce. Integrated AI-driven role-play scenarios allow practitioners to practice client consultations in a safe environment, receiving instant, bias-free feedback on soft skills.

→ Impact: 95% course completion rate driven by interactive progress and instant feedback loops.

DESIGN APPROACH
1. Early ideation (+ whiteboard challenge) & system mapping

Started with hand-drawn sketches to map out operational workflows across spa roles (manager, practitioner, front desk). Explored how existing processes like onboarding, sales, and support could translate into structured digital learning flows.

2.  System architecture & multi-tenancy

After early sketches, I mapped out the information architecture for both Manager and Learner experiences to ensure scalability and clarity across the platform. Each flow was structured around the user’s goals, managers managing training at scale, and learners progressing through personalized AI-guided lessons.

3. Iterative prototyping & pilot validation:

Translated IA into mid-fidelity wireframes for both Manager and Learner experiences. Each iteration focused on improving information hierarchy, task flow clarity, and visual feedback loops, ensuring both roles could complete key actions (assigning or completing training) with minimal friction. Also, conducted usability testing with ORA Space managers to refine the dashboard metrics, ensuring the data presented was actionable for business decisions.

4. From prototype to production - Visual design & dev-ready system

Refined the interface with a cohesive design system built for scalability, applying ORA’s brand identity, neutral warmth, clarity, and calm focus. Both Manager and Learner modes were finalized with reusable UI components, motion states, and accessibility adjustments to ensure smooth handoff to engineering. The visual direction emphasizes trust and professionalism for B2B while maintaining approachability and motivation for learners.
