As a premier wellness brand dedicated to a high standard of customer care, ORA Space faced a critical challenge: ensuring a consistent client experience across their three unique locations and over 70 staff members. Their existing training methods were manual and time-consuming, making it difficult and costly to align every practitioner with their extensive educational content.

Mentivista was developed as the direct solution. We partnered with ORA Space to create a centralized, scalable learning platform that replaced their fragmented training. The goal was to empower them to efficiently deliver a cohesive educational experience.

My Role as a Founding Designer:

  1. Led the end-to-end design of Mentivista's MVP, taking the product from a raw concept to a pitch-ready solution in a 2-month accelerator sprint.
  2. My design work was pivotal in demonstrating our value proposition, directly leading to our first strategic partnership with ORA Space.
  3. Established the entire design foundation from the ground up, creating the initial design system, user research practices, and cross-functional workflows for our agile team.

For multi-location wellness brands, brand consistency is an illusion without a scalable training infrastructure.

A premier brand like ORA Space lives and dies by its reputation for consistent, high-quality service. But with over 70 practitioners across three locations, their traditional training methods, relying on printed manuals, ad-hoc shadowing, and email updates, were breaking down. This created knowledge gaps, high operational costs, and put their most valuable asset at risk: a uniform, exceptional client experience.

One platform to onboard, train, and align every practitioner.

To solve ORA Space's challenge of fragmented knowledge and inconsistent service, we built their own LMS (Learning Management System) app, a centralized and branded learning platform. Practitioners can now access all training materials, from core protocols to new service announcements, in one place, on any device. The platform allows managers to create courses, track employee progress, and verify comprehension. New hires follow a structured onboarding path, while existing staff can instantly reference the latest standards. Everything happens in a single, cohesive system; no more scattered Google Docs, outdated PDF manuals, or missed email updates.
